I am a health professional having developed a special interest first for human relationships through “therapeutic dialogue and discourse”, then for human resources management through language sciences.
Apart of general postural medicine, cranio mandibular orthopedics, oral surgery and dentistry I studied general and social psychology, language psychology, Business Management, taking university courses and passing regular diplomas in these different fields. It took me a long time making a synthesis of all those knowledges issued of fields that are not usually put together and managing to link them in a pertinent way.
In parallel I always had a professional practice which allowed me to concretely apply and adapt my schemes, first as a health professional (having followed more than 10 OOO patients including in psychiatric contexts in more than 30 years) but also as a consultant having contributed to develop and apply concepts in human resources strategy. (As a junior consultant for former “LTCO” now “Institut du Changement Emergent” in partnership with Madeleine Laugeri)
I decided to create the “Blooming Semantics institute” in order to go further and develop what I really believe in, feeling ready for that. This requires a multi field culture and a very open-minded attitude because it is a challenge to transfer and apply knowledges from one field to another and especially from semantics and pragmatics to strategic management. Contributing to the blooming of a rare delicate wonderful flower is a difficult challenge but it’s blooming worth it!
